Hi, I'm Ben
Organizational Psychology graduate with hands-on experience in research, operations, and cross-cultural teamwork.
I'm someone who gets genuinely curious about how organizations work and how they could work better.
With a background in Organizational Psychology, I enjoy digging into complex systems, improving how people and teams work, and writing things that actually make sense.
I’m keen on applying these skills in helping organizations innovate, while also aiming to gain further expertise to one day perhaps contribute to the Lithuanian start-up community myself.

• Helped tailor client pitches by applying psychology know-how to real business needs.
Entrepreneurial Experience
Founder
EyeVintage & mindifyU - Groningen, NL & Utrecht, NL
2019–2020 & 2023–2024
Founded two ventures - EyeVintage (vintage fashion arbitrage, LT → NL) and mindifyU (online peer mental wellness platform, registered business). Both taught me how to go from zero to something real: brand building, operations, co-founder dynamics, investor conversations, and knowing when to stop. mindifyU was also integrated into my Master's program as an applied entrepreneurship project.

Now, I hope you'll allow me to introduce myself further, outside the traditional CV-esque format
Throughout my Bachelor's and Master's, I worked within various hospitality roles - I began as a delivery person and a crew member, then went into waitering, and after a half year became the assistant manager of Konbu Jiro, one of the loveliest Koren BBQ spots in Groningen.
After moving to Utrecht, I kept up similar positions, alongside my studies, and although quite challenging at times, I believe it greatly helped me develop skills in customer service, operational management, and even team leadership.

I've volunteered quite a bit in my life, be it poetry festivals, jazz or discussion ones. In doing so, I've met a lot of different cool people, discussed views similar to heart and some polar opposite ones. It's helped me be human, as odd as that may sound.
I'm a sucker for my super introverted cat, my friends & family, and travel. If you'd like to learn even more, give me a call!
